Premia acquires Raven Market, integrating Canton-native derivatives into institutional stack

CantonNews (July 20, 2026): Premia closed an all-cash acquisition of Raven Market, absorbing the Canton-native institutional derivatives platform—technology, IP, pricing models, and infrastructure—into Premia’s offering. Raven launched on Canton roughly six months ago, progressing from testnet through private beta with ecosystem partners including BitSafe Finance, Chainlink, and Loop before reaching production readiness; it will no longer operate as a standalone product. Canton Network surpasses 4.3 billion CC burned since mid-2024 launch
